Location of hotel is very good. Its internal decoration, colors are amazing and make one relaxe and feel fine. Bed is very comfortable and very good to sleep.Breakfast buffet is rather rich with fresh orange juice. Hotel staff shows warm and kindly hospitality. We spent time being very pleased and satisfied. Great thanks to all hotel staff.

The room was clean and reasonably up-to-date. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is across the street from a canal, right on the edge of the old city core. That puts you within easy walking distance of all of the sights in the old town, plenty of restaurants, and a mid-sized shopping center across the canal and down at the... More

I had never stayed in an IBIS location before, but this hotel was exactly what we needed. The location was very close to the center of Strasbourg, and the room was very clean. Some reviews state that the rooms are small - I thought they were quite roomy for European standards. The reception was very professional and quick. I had... More

This Ibis enjoys a good location in Petite France, the old town. It is a 5 minute walk from the main railway station and right next to the bridge across the river into the heart of historic Strasbourg. There is a tram-stop a few paces away. We were charged €75 a night, which makes it very affordable. Of course, cheapness... More

Comfortable clean room. Very well located, right in the city center. Staff were efficient and helpful. Breakfast was ok - typically European. Coffee facilities available in the reception area throughout the day and night. Bar facilities available. Enjoyable stay, would recommend to others.

This hotel gives you a place to stay, take a shower, have a nice breakfast and that's about it. It is on a really good location, near Pont du Couvert and two towers. However, don't expect much from this hotel and you will not be disapointed. One other problem is spacing. Rooms are very tiny and you are happy if you... More

The hotel is conveniently located and quite central, but as the area - la petite France - is not open to cars there's no way to park nearby. The hotel has some parking lots but they don't come cheap - 14 euros per night. Rooms are clean and cozy but small, oh so very small! Real shoeboxes

Very good location. 10 Minute walk from the train station and five minutes to the old town ( Petite France). Rooms are typically Ibis. Clean and functional.Ours was also quiet. There is however only one lift for the whole of the hotel for both guests and staff which is always busy. It can therefor be a challenge getting to rooms... More

I booked a double bed room and made the booking few weeks in advance. However when I arrived at 11 pm the receptionist gave me single bed room. She ( long dark hair girl )was so rude and keep saying nothing she can do. ITs lucky that I my partner couldn't come last minute , otherwise she wouldn't have a... More
