This hotel is no more than five minutes walk from the station, and is also very well-placed for the centre of the city. As one would expect from a Mercure hotel, it was very clean and the staff were very, very helpful. Not only do rooms provide facilities fro making tea and coffee, there is also a Nespresso machine by... More

Placed in the very heart of the city, near everything you need, this hotel offers quiet, relaxed place to rest after hard day of working or walking. Rooms are small but comfortable, with basic things you need - good Internet connection, coffee machine, TV, adjustable heating/cooling, cozy bathroom, spacious desk and cozy bed. What is odd is the lack of... More

We spent a week end in this hotel where the stay was perfect from the beginning to the end for the following reasons: - Location: 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the train station (SNCF) and right across the river facing the historical city centre. - Accommodation: designed, maintained and charming room mixing design furniture in an historical environment.... The location of the hotel is very good being only a short walk from the railway station and probably only 10 minutes into the city centre. It is situated in an old rather grand looking building but the reception area is a bit of a culture shock - it looks like something out of a 1970's science fiction film; brightly... More

My mother and I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel right after Christmas to go to the Christmas markets. The rooms are small, but that is the norm in Europe. The hotel is in a great location near enough to the train station that we didn't have to drag our luggage too far though town, but is also within... More

The room is clean and bed is very comfortable. The hotel is strategically located within walking distance from the old city just at the foot of the bridge. The hotel design has a modern and chic theme. Ingenious use of space, we don't find it congested. I find the room very reasonably priced. To top it of, we woke up... More

This hotel is very well situated near the old city center, a good parking garage within walking distance, very easily to be reached from the autoroute. Breakfast price was not included, they did offer a cheaper " express" alternative for the rather expensive breakfast buffet, many other breakfast options nearby, look for yourself. Our (cornered) room was rather small: we... More

Fun modern decor, tri-lingual staff (English, French, German), very handy location. One block from the Gare Central and 1/2 block from the River Ill. You can easily walk all around the historic city from this hotel. One caveat: breakfast is adequate but 16€ extra & the receptionist didn't make that clear when we arrived.
