Stayed at the Citadines in Strasbourg in May 2011. There were good reviews on Tripadvisor so thought we would go ahead and book. Went with a twin bed room. What we got was a couch with a pull out mattress. Room was cramped and small. Would never stay here. Don't recommend at all. Photos and advertising are deceiving. More

After we lost our reservation elsewhere, we were referred to this hotel where we stayed one evening. The room, bathroom and kitchenette were all very clean with full amenities (even a dishwasher!), and the staff was very professional and courteous; two of them had come up to our room to make sure that our internet connection was working. Highly recommended! More
