Very please with this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable - we slept so well! The breakfast is a little pricey for what you get, but it's nice not to have to worry about finding a place to eat early in the morning. We will definitely be... more

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The location is excellent as it is close to the tram station, Place Kleber and Place de Cathedral as well as Petit France. Breakfast at the hotel was Euro 25, an outrageous price, so we ate in one of the cafes nearby. The reception staff were friendly but rather snobby. I asked about... more

Firstly, Strasbourg is a very "walkable" city, which essentially means that most of the major attractions are within walking distance of each other. Thus, unlike some reviewers, I didn't find the quiet location of this hotel, just outside the hustle and bustle, an inconvenience. The hotel is next to a beautiful undiscovered gem of a church, the Church of St... more

This hotel is the only one I would use when visiting Strasbourg. It is easy to find, there is complimentary valet parking, the rooms are good sized and clean. more

My friend and I paid €125 for a luxury room, which is about a third of the regular rack rate so we had no complaints about it being overpriced. We got a discount through work so thought we found a bargain! It's true the rooms aren't anything amazing - although very comfortable and clean - the decor isn't anything to... more

Hi, I was the quest of this hotel for a business trip in Strasbourg for 2 nights. Before I booked a hotel in Strasbourg I checked on the reviews and I decided that even if would be a VERY EXPENSIVE hotel however it will worth. Because I read this hotel has small rooms I upgraded for a Luxury Room which... more

We stayed here for the first weekend of the Christmas market. It's in a very good location (we had no car, having flown). We paid about Euro 400 for 2 nights and this included the nice breakfast. There was a trio singing christmas carols, which was a nice touch, as we checked in and the check-in receptionist was pleasant and... more

It is a nice, comfortable hotel, but I agree with other reviewers it is overpriced, there is nothing "special" about the rooms. By the time you add in additional internet and valet fees, you are spending entirely too much for what you get. Spend some time and shop around. more

I think we got a bargain! We paid less than 100 euros and that included the normally exorbitantly priced breakfast. It was a very tasty and filling breakfast indeed. We had a very nice room with seperate seating area and a huge LCD screen TV. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had 2 sinks and a bath/shower combo.... more
