Rooms are pleasant and clean. Food in the restaurant is nice and staff are helpful. Location is excellent. Beds are comfy. Free wifi. What more could anyone want?

Some other travellers didin't like this Novotel. Indeed, the rooms, corridors are not as nice as other Novotels, such as in Munich, Berlim, Santiago. It looks like the Novotel in Cologne. I've stayed in several Novotels and this hotel was a shock to me. It is old, run-down and crappy. Novotel should be ashamed to put their brand on this hotel.
