I stayed here with my family on the way to Italy. I was very pleased. The room was very comfortable, with a separate room for the kids. Complimentary tea and coffee, along with water in the room. The pool was basic, but appreciated. Drinks at the bar were over priced. Breakfast was lovely.

Location - Mercure Strasburg is located just outside the city center, about 10 minutes by tram. The hotel is very close to the freeway leading to the Alsace wine-route, so as far as location Ill give it 4 stars. Rooms - The room is average size but very (very) basic by nature and requires some maintenance. Furniture is minimal, the... More

Dear Guest, We have read you comments with high attention. We are pleased that you have appreciated the location of our hotel. Concerning size of the room that you say is average, our rooms have a size of 30m² wich is much higher than most of standard hotel rooms. Most of our rooms have been renovated and others are planned... More

Very good and friendly service, excellent location if one needs to access the EP or Congress area. Around 20 min slow walk from the center. The high floor was quiet and the room very adequate, spacious and well equipped. The hair dyer in particular was a step above the usual offer. The breakfast was very good. There is a pool,... More

The hotel was just what we were looking for. Having parking was very important for us and there is lots of it. The room was very good and the bathroom very spacious. We enjoyed the restaurant for one lunch and the express breakfast in the bar good value. It was easy to get into the town centre by tram. We... More

Booked two standard double rooms and both were satisfactory. It's rare to find a hotel in France with two double beds (most seem to have pullouts as the 2nd bed). Rooms were clean and spacious by European standards with a large bathroom. Air conditioning seems to be something that isn't effective below about 78 F which is a bit warm... More

The hotel is a little bit far from the center, but there is a local train near the hotel. Is very easy to use it. The room and the bathroom are big and comfortable, very nice, but there is no safe box in the room, wich is strange. The breakfast is also good. I recomend this hotel.

Pros: clean/bright/spacious room, good service at reception, fantastic bathroom, free wifi, free parking Cons: slightly far (20 min walk) to city center (or a tram ride), we drove in and paid for parking instead

I stayed in this hotel for one night during a tour and it was the best hotel we stayed in. The rooms are very large and clean, the hotel staff is friendly, approachable and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good! Free Wifi is available throughout the hotel.

I was very disappointed: I often choose Accor hotels when I travel, as the quality is generally good and you know what you get for your money. Not this time: I was travelling on business, I chose this hotel for the location between the centre and the European Parliament. The front staff was friendly, but the room was very old-fashioned,... Dear Madam, Thank you to have shared your impression about your stay. Please accept all my apologies if the room did not meet all your expectations. 60% of the rooms have been renovated.
