Dear Guest, Thank you to have shared with us your impression about your stay. Concerning the hotel, 60% of the rooms have been already renovated which are the Superior and the Privilege rooms. We hope to restart shortly the next renovation. I took note also of your remark regarding the Bar and I am sorry if the it did not... More

The hotel was a little run down and felt like it was a last option for most staying in Strasbourg. If a nice dip in a hotel pool is your thing, skip it and whatever you do, don't bother with the breakfast. It was crowded, bland and poorly put together. The lobby bar was nice, but nothing compared to what... More

Dear Guests, Thank you to have shared your impressions with us. Actually you seem to prefer hotels located right in center of cities with all facilities. So I understand that we could not meet your expectations. Regarding the breakfast, because of the busy period during the Easter week-end, our restaurant does not have the sufficient capacity to welcome and bring... More

not a hotel to be as we say it "ashamed to step in" from its luxury, but a very descent hotel where everything has been good from room size to bed comfort to breakfast quality and personnel professionalism. We stayed for 2 nights on a business trip and our stay was as lovely as the city of Strasburg which I... More

Great location, right off the A4 Highway and several other roads. Tram stop was across the street from the lobby and 4 stops to the center of the Old town. Large rooms, two queen beds with lots of room around them large bathtub, free parking, free wifi(fast), efficient check in and check out. The restaurant had a small, but excellent... More

We stayed here 1 night as a family of 4 (2 young boys). Location was good - an easy (but surprisingly expensive) tram ride away to the city center. Room size was good. We had 2 double beds and there was still enough room for a small sitting area (we booked a "Superior" room). Overall the hotel is fine -... More

Stayed in this hotel recently on business. Comfortable bar and nice restaurant with enjoyable food. My room had the usual facilities ( Tea/coffee/Mini Bar etc ) and pleasant decor. The bed was huge and i mean huge, it must of been a super king size and very comfortable. The bar was warm and comfortable with a great selection of drinks... More

The ideal place to stay if you plan to visit an event at the convention center as it's right across the street. The next tram station is less than a 5 min walk and you are in the old city within minutes. Rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast real good.

As a usual visitor of Strasbourg, I have grown acquainted with the city's hotel offers. Most of them have small rooms, in spite of fulfilling all other conditions. This occurs due to the fact that the city has a lot of buildings developed rather on the vertical than on the horizontal. In this context, Mercure Palais de Congres is an... More

staff very efficient, good restaurant and various other services (bar, spa). Conveniently located, close to EU parliament, not so far from down town. Just outside there are tram lines bringing easily wherever is needed. Rooms are quiet, comfortable and spacious. Price acceptable and in line with quality and service offered. No problem to go there again.
