I stayed in a dubbleroom superior with my friend and it was clean and spacious. We also received very nice service from the staff! Good location and very close to the tram. It was also very close to city central.

Clean, nice location and fair price. Very close to the central train station. The staff is working fast and it's polite. But the hotel is noisy due to the passing trams and has old facilities and furniture and also moderate central heating.

Good service. Cleaned. Helpful staff. Value for money. Bathroom is small as usual in France. Near to main train station. Easy to find the place. Outside environment is not much safe in night if you travel with family or ladies.

Everything seemed okay - until about 1am... Then my girlfriend awoke to bites. We turned on the lights to see 2 bed bugs crawling on our bed! We captured them in our hotel cup and googled to confirm. We looked under the mattress to see more crawling away. This is disgusting/terrifying. We quickly grabbed our things and told the people... More

The rooms are small, but clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, and man the front desk 24/7. There is a tram stop outside, although one is so close to the city it's not really needed (20 minutes walk to the cathedral, 5 minutes to the station). There is no traffic on the street apart from the trams, which do... More

Our street facing room (403) had no aircon so we had to have window open as warm nights in August. The tram stop of 2 main lines is right outside with people shouting and trams trundling past , beeping and hooting and stopping every few minutes until after midnight and again from 5am! The second night I had bought earplugs,... More

We have been here one night and everythinge was perfect. The room was clean and very comfortable. An awesome shower, good wifi and near the Petit France neighborhood. If we have to come back to Strasbourg, for sure we'll choose it again. The people has been very nice.
