Once more we have enjoyed this hotel. The location is first class! Its so close to the cathedral, within walking distance to Petite France - a very picturesque area where you must have a walk. The hotel staff giving you a warm welcome - and a big help is that you can park your car in the basement of the... More

Excellent location, close to the city centre, but also to the tram stops (two-minute walking distance) and the central railway station (7-minute walking distance). Amazing breakfast, with different kinds of delicious food (like fresh strawberries in March :) Helpful and smiling staff.

Firstly I have to say we booked this hotel mainly because we had enough priority points to get it free. Had I been paying then I would have been a little disappointed with some aspects. First of all the location was brilliant - it was just a few yards from everything you needed to be near in Strasbourg, albeit Strasbourg... More

The entrance is a bit cheesy but the welcome from the staff warm and very pleasant. Make sure you get one of the refurbished rooms. We were a group of 20 on a business trip and a few of us were put in rooms which were sub-standard and age-worn. My room was newly refurbished, modern, clean and pleasant. Nice, clean... More

We stayed overnight and booked two rooms - one double and a junior suite/family room. The decor is a bit funky but original...our family room (sleeps 4) was large and had an Audrey Hepburn theme (velvet sofas, Oscar floor lamp, room divider with Audrey splashed across it, etc.). The beds were very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Our bathroom... More

The hotel is perfectly located - close to the old town, the rail station, the tram stop. It has free wifi in rooms. But I was not lucky with the room - the furniture seemed old, and what was worst - it was dirty, I was afraid to sit on the bed comforter. The bathroom was also dirty (the bathtub... More

We stayed in a suite that looked extremely outdated. Purple carpeting and purple/orange colored curtains. Thought we were in the 60's or something. The couch was partially broken it seemed. You weren't really able to sit on it properly. The beds weren't comfortable, and the extra beds put in for my children was a mattress thrown on top of some... More

The rooms are very comfortable and tidy. The bathrooms are clean and functional. It is nice to 'come home to' even for longer time spans. The breakfast buffet offers a broad variety. You get excellent coffee out of the (no charge) vending machine.
