A very nice hotel but not spectacular. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I made the mistake of booking by phone and paid almost twice the internet rate (breakfast not included - the extra charge for it turned out to be also rather hefty (13 euro)).

A boutique hotel that provides small but tidy rooms on a quiet street. The staff all speak German, English and French and are very accommodating. There is a limited but adequate 24 hour room service menu, wi-fi and a good breakfast. There is also a nice little terrace outside to sit if you want to eat or have a glass... More

This is a very nice hotel in a quiet location--a very beautiful and "warm" neighbourhood of Strasbourg, very close to the Botanical Garden and within walking distance of the European Institutions, reasonably priced.

I spent 5 nights here while in Strasbourg. Initial impressions at the foyer are that this is a very modern hotel but once you get in the rooms they have an old world charm about them. The room I had at the back was large and clean. There was no noise on a night from outside and although the plumbing... More

My husband, son, and I stayed here for 3 nights in July of this year. We loved the hotel and the staff which was very accommodating, helpful, and polite. Our room had a view of the very romantic street and it was very clean and comfortable. We loved the bathroom which was spacious and clean, however the only issue we... More

We really liked this small hotel...super super clean and in a really lovely area close to the tram that takes you to the old part of town where all the sights are. We walked to town the first day...a great walk about 25 minutes long partly along the river. After our first day we decided to buy a transit pass(as... More

Visited this hotel as part of a European tour, and we both agree, it was one of the top places we stayed on the trip. Excellent value, and super helpful staff. Limited parking is available at 5 euro. The location is very convenient. Breakfast was superb, as was the beautiful little breakfast room, with a modern, almost zen-like, al fresco... More

Located in a nice residential neighbourhood, next to a good and affordable Alsatian restaurant and a supermarket and halfway between the town centre and the European neighbourhood. Not the most modern building and room furniture, but practical and spacious. Free, fast Internet, extremely nice staff and wonderful breakfast for a 3-star hotel, with fresh ingredients and wide choice of sweet... More

Good spot 10 mins from Orangerie; near a nice italian restaurant, good student flammkuchen place and a terrible Chinese restaurant. Perfect breakfasts and alas, toilet flushing that can wake you up at night, so hope for quiet neighbours and do close the doors to the bathroom at night. have fun

We stayed in this hotel from dec 23rd to 24th. The staff lady welcomed us so kindly and helped us so much to know the town, restaurants, and etc... Hotel was really clean.
