Simple access from downtown and from train station make this a great option and you get to sleep in a quieter neighborhood! We also got free wifi and AC. We had just come from Luxembourg where we were in city center with loud people in the streets until wee hours and no AC during this heat wave. We appreciated the... More

Very friendly & helpful staff that all speak good English. The room was quite large by European standards. They have a Terrance in the back where we enjoyed drinking a bottle of wine. The walk into the main part of town is a pleasant 20-25 min walk. The hotel is on a quiet street.

Booked this hotel because it was in a quiet location, close to the Embassies. We arrived fairly late at night and were warmly welcomed. Our room was at the back of the hotel overlooking the small courtyard. The room was fairly large, minimally furnished with a comfortable bed, although strangely neither of us found the pillows very comfortable, just not... More

The staff at the hotel spoke English very well and were friendly to us American tourists. They also held our luggage after we checked out so that we could enjoy the town before our departure. The room and bathroom were clean and well kept. The breakfast was also excellent.

The hotel is close to the Council of Europe and European Parliament, and the prices is just too good to be missed - unless major events are happening in the aforementioned. Therefroe book as early as you know your dates, the hotel is not huge. The staff is so very helpful and friendly, and the hotel is located on a... More

In a very nice, calm neighborhood, close to the University, the European institutions, and 15 minute walk to the Cathedral, this hotel was a very nice surprise. Short walk from the tram-stop. On the high end of a 3 stars category. Staff is very nice and helpful. Buffet breakfast, in a very nice space, was good. Bedrooms are a good... More

A very nice hotel but not spectacular. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I made the mistake of booking by phone and paid almost twice the internet rate (breakfast not included - the extra charge for it turned out to be also rather hefty (13 euro)).

A boutique hotel that provides small but tidy rooms on a quiet street. The staff all speak German, English and French and are very accommodating. There is a limited but adequate 24 hour room service menu, wi-fi and a good breakfast. There is also a nice little terrace outside to sit if you want to eat or have a glass... More

This is a very nice hotel in a quiet location--a very beautiful and "warm" neighbourhood of Strasbourg, very close to the Botanical Garden and within walking distance of the European Institutions, reasonably priced.

I spent 5 nights here while in Strasbourg. Initial impressions at the foyer are that this is a very modern hotel but once you get in the rooms they have an old world charm about them. The room I had at the back was large and clean. There was no noise on a night from outside and although the plumbing... More
