Staff is very polite, helpful and can't do enough for you. Parking is available @ 16Euros per day, but be careful, it can't take big SUVs or 4x4 (the hotel does warn you if parking is requested). Alternative is to use the public car park about 100m down the road (you'll pass it on the RHS if you're coming from... More

We made reservations on the morning of our intended stay. We showed up without prearranging parking for our vehicle and were immediately accomodated. The hotel has an indoor garage on a pedestrian zone street. The location is AWESOME - right in the center of shopping, Michelin rated restaurants and sightseeing. Beautiful, charming town- everything walking distance from the hotel. The... More

My husband, 16-month-old and I stayed here over Valentine's weekend. Rooms are quite tight, which is normal for France; we had to upgrade to a larger room to fit the toddler pack'n'play. It clearly wouldn't have fit in a standard room, but the upgrade was only 25 euros, not what their on-site rates listed. The comfort room had a tub,... More

My Husband and I arrived on Christmas eve and our luggage had never made it. The staff was VERY helpful contacting Air France and following up with things. The rooms were clean but a little too modern for such a historic area, I think. The bed wasn't very comfy unless you like very firm mattresses. Great location right in the... More

We stayed here for 3 nights for the Christmas markets. The hotel is very easy to find from the train station and an easy walk. We arrived early and there was no problems checking into our room earlier. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with any of our queries. The rooms are small but are nicely renovated and... The Hotel is in an absolutely fabulous position to be staying for the Christmas Markets and city centre. The hotel itself has a gorgeous French/Alpine feel to it. Our room was charming and looking out onto the main streets below with sparkly Christmas lights at night. There were also exposed timber beams in our room making it a cosy wintery... More

We stayed two nights at this hotel right in the middle of the Christmas market season. This meant that there were a lot of tourists coming into the city adding noise and nocturnal activities. Unfortunately the rooms are not that well isolated, so we were treated to nights chants and shouts from (drunk) visitors. Besides that, the staff are really... More

We've stayed here a couple of times and will return. The location is excellent, right in the pedestrian area and with secure parking. It is close enough to the main squares and shopping area without being right in the middle of the tourist bus crowds. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms with the wood panelling have a nice feel... More

By Best Western standards this is not a big hotel but it was charming . Modern lobby but the rest was old style with antiques . Very pleasant and efficient staff , breakfast is an optional extra but if you take it it is good . We had a comfort room and whilst small it was perfectly adequate . As... More

The rooms at this hotel were very small, but the location and the excellent staff made up for it. Both woman at the front reception, were overly friendly, funny, helpful and kind. The location is great, with parking right at the hotel. The rooms were small, but our room had been redone( but not the bathroom). It was clean, and... More
