I stayed at this hotel as part of an MBA trip to Europe in 2009. It was the worst experience of my life. Our MBA group found ourselves insulted that our school would ever be okay in letting us stay in such deplorable conditions.

Spent the night there following a wedding :
pros :
- superb park, extremely tranquil
- nice sized rooms / clean / professional service (actually run by Germans)
- simple breakfast, but good.
- value : 65 euro for a night (single)
- the food they serv"ed during the wedding was good, I assume it is the same... not sure...

After quite a lot of searching for a decently priced hotel with breakfast in Strasbourg, I stumbled across this hotel that seemed to have everything we needed for a two night stay. We weren't disappointed!

We have just returned from a 3 night stay (Monday to Wednesday nights) and have to say that in part we were somewhat disappointed - yet it could be superb!

We are sorry the experience was as mixed and our situation was not communicated clearly before.
We do have a Study and Seminar Center in the main building of the Château but our hotel part in the annex is not just there to support the main part, its an individual business. Since we are very small and just recently opened...
