It is a beautiful location, in a charming castle. The room was extremely big, very confortible bad, nice and clean bathroom. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful. If you chose this hotel, you will feel like a princess or like a prince... :)

I love this classy comfort in the midst of a lavish park. Not to mention a real breakfast, not just an orange juice-baquette-café standard. The rooms are big and full of light, so are the bathrooms. Windows overlooking the garden or the park. Good quality bedding. Good WiFi. Easy accessible by bike😀 and by public transport (some walking involved then).... More

I came to the hotel for a wedding & found it to be an amazing venue. While the wedding party was taking pictures on the lawn, cocktails & hors d'oeuvres were served in a small courtyard, complete with a blooming flowers & a gazebo. When it was time for the reception, we headed into a grand hallroom for dinner with... More

The grounds are beautiful and the hotel needs some TLC. The offices looked nicer than the common rooms! What would have once been beautiful polished parquet floor throughout is in dire need of polish and attention! I can imagine once upon a time this chateau would have been great but it needs some serious remodeling and restoration! Bedroom large and... More

This hotel is located in a quaint suburb of Strasbourg. It's appeal is a unique location: a 18th century chateau in the midst of a vast park and the adjacent "Foret de la Robertsau". This instills the feeling of blue bloodedness in even the most plebeian mind. My room was in the chalet-style side building facing backward to an enchanted-looking... More

We were looking for a place that was not in downtown Strasbourg. This property is located in the middle of a park in the suburbs. It is an old, grand chateau that has had several lives, including use as a residence for the German occupiers in WWII. Today, the owners use the property as a hotel, an event locale, and... More

Being in Strasbourg for a couple of days we searched for a hotel outside downtown and we found this place in the middle of a park, lovely location. Very quiet and peaceful location. Prices were a bargain for a place like this. European style rooms, clean and recent remodeled. Very good breakfast, good variety of meats, cheese, fruits and so... More

We had read the reviews before booking this hotel and booked our room directly with them. It was very disappointing to be placed in one of their smallest rooms, Room 19, in the annex, not in the chateau. The hotel was mostly empty, so this was even more inexplicable. The bathroom was so small that the door wouldn't close with... More

Friendly and helpful reception. Stayed in room 201 on the corner of the main building and it was MASSIVE. The bathroom was even big enough to park a car in. Clean, elegant, newly refurbished. Slept like a log in the huge bed. The bed was two singles pushed together though, not a normal queen/king for 2 people. Breakfast was GREAT.... More
