Stayed for six nights in August and would stay again at the drop of a hat! Beautiful room overlooking the courtyard which was a delight to return to each evening. Breakfast we thought too expensive and so wandered into the city each morning to the many choices on offer in local cafés. Excellent location and excellent staff.

Spent 5 nights at this hotel. Great location about 5 minutes from Cathedral but far enough behind other buildings to be a quiet oasis in a bustling tourist city. Great breakfast with everything you could wish for and a concierge that knows all the best places in town to eat and explain transport options.

I went only in the bar for couple drinks. I had a mojito and a margarita. Both drinks were fantastic. The price is on the high side (50 euros) for a total of 4 drinks but it is worth it. I am glad there is a place to get such good cocktail in Strasbourg. The bar is nice but nothing extraordinary.... More

I had great expectations of this hotel as a lover of old buildings and was not disappointed. This is a fantastic hotel with clean, fresh-smelling rooms which are spacious. A comfortable bed and beautifully appointed bathroom. Our room had a door onto the beautiful old verandah draped in flowers and was very quiet day and night. It was easy walking... More

The hotel was great. It's pretty as a picture when you walk into the courtyard. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Gregoire the lovely and helpful concierge for his great sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. The location is fantastic - only a few minute walk to the main cathedral and a... More

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night on the first night of our trip through the Alsace. Firstly we loved Strasbourg, such an undiscovered gem for many Australian travellers I think. The hotel is located just across the river within easy walking access to the cathedral (amazing) and the main eating areas. Reception were very helpful and our... More

Our last step of our trip in Alsace was in this hotel. Very clean and beautiful hotel. The inner courtyard is typical of Alsacian houses and is worth the picture. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no parking at the hotel and we use the valet parking very effective. It is located just across the "downtown island"... More

On arrival we were given an upgrade to a Junior Suite. Front desk staff were very helpful and the door person was very helpful indeed. The room was spot on, very clean everything at our finger tips. Can't say enough.

We had a great time at this hotel in Strasbourg. It's an interesting place with lots of hallways - it took us a couple of days just to find our way to the room where our teens were staying. Rooms were pretty and bathrooms were very large and updated (a little bit dark though for putting on make-up). Breakfast was... More

Staff was helpful and friendly, extremely impressed with the bar staff going the extra mile for us . Rooms were updated and the beds were comfortable. I recommend the rooms that face the ally, it is a special treat. Easy access to local restaurants and shops..
