The hotel is very nice, small and charming, with its own soul. In a perfect location, close to rail station, tram stop, in the old town. While the charm was there, service and room were a huge disappointment. The website does not reflect at all the reality. loved this original, quirky little place in the heart of La Petite France - the uber-touristy part of Strasbourg, but this has nothing kitschy/touristy. This hotel has very nice rooms and a good restaurant. But the administration is chaotic and unreliable. If you want to avoid nasty surprises better go to a different hotel!
