Clean and functional, well kept up, good front desk service. A good value for those with moderate budget. Easy walk to altstadt. As earlier reviewer said, road along hotel is noisy at night. Room did have A/C so once windows were closed and A/C on, much quietier and comfortable. Has internet station for fee, and free wi-fi. more

This hotel and the town of Colmar turned out to be a delightful surprise in our itinerary! We contacted the hotel by e-mail and all correspondence was prompt and professional. We were very pleased with the rate given, especially for the quality of the hotel. The hotel is located in the Petit Venise area of Colmar which is absolutely charming.... more

The hotel is in the perfect location and easy to find with about a 5 min walk to the main centre. The rooms are reasonable and the breakfast is average. This is the perfect place for a weekend or 1 night stop-over. Colmar is stunning with lots to explore and lovely restaurants etc. more

the hotel in general was fine, yet there is a noisy road just outside. lucky enough, the windows kept some of the noise off. try to get a room that goes into the court. rooms were quite small and not too comfortable. furniture and infrastructure simple but OK. location is a wee bit off the town centre, there are some... more

This is not the sort of hotel to go and stay at if you want to laze about at the pool. If however, you are an "Oldie", want a comfortable bed, a good breakfast, helpful staff, a lift, and air conditioning this will do you very well. It is quite easy to walk into the town, but there are good... more

""Air Conditioning???"" is the very quizzical response I got when I asked, our room overly hot. It was a very, very warm October afternoon, and our room faced the hot westerly afternoon sun. Their computers read only 24.5C(about 76F) in our room, but believe me, it was well over 84F in there, and mortally stuffy. Frankly, I'm really bugged by... more

A lovely place in a great location just outside the main streets of town in this very special town. We had a spacious room with an extra bed, with parking (for a small fee) right next to the hotel. Friendly 24 hour service. No complaints :) more

Stayed there on a trip between France and Germany. I choose Colmar as my Alsace stop. It was a very good choice, and afterwards I felt happy to choose it instead of Strasbourg (that I had allready visited). A very nice and small city. Unforgetable. I choose Turenne after reading the trip advisor reviews. And I can confirm what the... more

This hotel has a most inviting reception area, well-decorated. The reception staff are true professionals. Imagine then our initial surprise at being shown a room which necessitated leaving the main building. This ground floor room was directly off the street, so instead of a hotel corridor one would have had a pavement. If you had opened the window, you would... more
