The hotel is well-located just inside the pedestrian old-town area and about one-quarter mile from most restaurants and sights. Our "Luxe" category was large, well-maintained and decorated in an "old world" style.. The king bed was comfortable (mid-range firmness). The aircon worked well. The 1st floor room overlooked a courtyard and was quiet at all times. The large bathroom had... More

This is a great old hotel, a former winery located right near the old town. Parking was right behind the hotel and free. We had the top room with a small balcony overlooking the street. It was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for two nights recently. The hotel is in an excellent location just a very short walk from the old town. The ability to park your car easily and for free in the hotel car park is a great bonus. We chose not to eat in the hotel but at local places when we were out sight seeing.... More

This is a classic european hotel. Great location, beautiful room and an excellent restaurant. My wife loved the bathroom and the bed was luxurious. The staff were a bit stiff but very helpful. I would recommend the restaurant for a special dinner.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. It's in a good location close to most things you want to see. We had a large room with a large bath and a separate WC. I realize this is an historic hotel, but it's needs an update. The furniture in the room is "vintage" and a bit beat up. The carpet is... More

Quiet even though we faced the street. Nice amenities as expected for 4-5 star hotel. Very helpful staff. Would like a shower that I can stand under and not hold...my only complaint. Carpet is a little worn, but it is an old hotel. It does have a lift, a nice perk!

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for two nights. The location is great, right at the entrance of the old town, in a fairly quiet zone. The parking lot behind the hotel is a great advantage. Our room was very spacious, elegant and comfortable. The only hitch was the restaurant. The food was fine but the service painfully slow. By... More

We spent three nights in a large and comfortable room in this hotel located in an ancient building in the city center. So far so good. But regrettably all was spoiled by the extraordinarily bad service. The manager, a sullen, unfriendly and unhelpful woman has put together an entirely amateurish and hopelessly incompetent staff. Internet connection was erratic. Service in... More

We found this little gem by accident as the hotel we wanted to book was full. Set right in the centre of Colmar, amongst it's centuries old buildings, (medieval style) this is a beautifully classic French hotel with quirky features such as bright pictures on the solid wooden doors to the rooms. Room was spacious, bed very large and comfy.... More

This beautiful and historic family run hotel continues to maintain its very high standards. It is delightful to stay in such an old and historic building with rooms that are full of charm and character whilst also being very comfortable. Some look over a pretty and quiet courtyard while others look out over the Rue des Tetes with the famous... More
