Nice hotel in very central Colmar. Beautiful historic building with unique rooms, however the central location makes it a little noisy. Room was of decent size, good bathroom. Loud air-con! Felt disappointed because of the noise from outside as well as inside & the hallways. Ok breakfast, missed vegetables as there were none and coffee tasted like filter coffee, which... More

Comfortable room at top of pretty hotel. Very central hotel. Although lots restaurants nearby was very quiet as things closed about 11pm. Didn't have breakfast as lots cafes nearby. Friendly staff who spoke English although the man at the desk was one of a few words.

This is such a charming, historic hotel, and well-deserving of a solid 3-star designation. The location is perfect for exploring the center of Colmar. We had a room with a balcony that overlooked a side street. We were only there for one night, but I could have stayed a few more. Highly recommended!

There are several rooms with balconies-be sure you ask for one. We had a view of the city and could hear the rushing water from the canal that runs through the city. We enjoyed wine and snacks on the balcony with the view and water sounds. Ask the front desk for ice and you'll get an ice wrap to chill... More

Historic building. Very good location right in the center of the old town. The sites were easy walking distance. The staff was helpful. The combination of facilities make it a good value. The staff was helpful. Public parking was about a block and a half away but there was high demand for it and you had to vie for available... More

Hotel is central located; great cafes, shopping, and sight seeing opportunities within walking distance. Staff were helpful and professional. Rooms were larger than expected with a lovely terrace (ask is room 6 is available). We would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Nice quite and clean room with a balcony (room 16). The woman at the front desk was very helpful with area questions and even printed us a copy of the bus schedule to ribeauville. They have a breakfast option of 12 euros pp which we didn't do. There is a wonderful bakery next door with plenty of sweet and savory... More

Hotel St. Martin was a perfect base for our visit to Colmar and its Christmas Market. It met our main priority perfectly in that the market, the shops, and the restaurants were right outside the door. Also, the Isenheim Altarpiece was a short walk away. Our room was ample and charming. The people at the front desk spoke excellent English... More

I booked a Superior Room, excluding breakfast on the Hotel's website. I also requested a quiet room at the time of booking. We arrived by train to Colmar and chose to walk to the hotel. it was a bit of a hike from the station, but it was not raining, although contending with the Christmas Market crowds can be daunting.... If you want charm, great location, and lovely staff, look no further! We only stayed one night at Hotel Saint Martin and loved it. The hotel is smack in the middle of all the action. You walk out of the front door and are surrounded by patisseries, restaurants, shops, and Colmar charm. The WIFI worked great. We had a traditional... More
