Historic building. Very good location right in the center of the old town. The sites were easy walking distance. The staff was helpful. The combination of facilities make it a good value. The staff was helpful. Public parking was about a block and a half away but there was high demand for it and you had to vie for available... More

Hotel is central located; great cafes, shopping, and sight seeing opportunities within walking distance. Staff were helpful and professional. Rooms were larger than expected with a lovely terrace (ask is room 6 is available). We would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Nice quite and clean room with a balcony (room 16). The woman at the front desk was very helpful with area questions and even printed us a copy of the bus schedule to ribeauville. They have a breakfast option of 12 euros pp which we didn't do. There is a wonderful bakery next door with plenty of sweet and savory... More

Hotel St. Martin was a perfect base for our visit to Colmar and its Christmas Market. It met our main priority perfectly in that the market, the shops, and the restaurants were right outside the door. Also, the Isenheim Altarpiece was a short walk away. Our room was ample and charming. The people at the front desk spoke excellent English... More

I booked a Superior Room, excluding breakfast on the Hotel's website. I also requested a quiet room at the time of booking. We arrived by train to Colmar and chose to walk to the hotel. it was a bit of a hike from the station, but it was not raining, although contending with the Christmas Market crowds can be daunting.... If you want charm, great location, and lovely staff, look no further! We only stayed one night at Hotel Saint Martin and loved it. The hotel is smack in the middle of all the action. You walk out of the front door and are surrounded by patisseries, restaurants, shops, and Colmar charm. The WIFI worked great. We had a traditional... More

Very friendly traditional hotel (bed & breakfast) , rooms not huge but clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. Perfectly situated in town centre everything within walking distance and Hotel will happily arrange excursions - especially the Wine Trail.

This hotel is based bang in the middle of the historic center, where cars are not allowed to go. We didn't know this and the hotel doesn't make any effort to explain it on their website or via a courteous e-mail sent to those who have booked a stay. As a result, we spent over an hour looking for some... More

Lovely hotel in a historic building in the old city of Colmar. The location is perfect for exploring the fairytale town and to visit the Christmas Markets on foot. Since this is a historic building, all rooms are different. Our room wasn't very big, but nice and clean. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant for lunch or dinner, but they... More

The Saint Martin Hotel is quaint and very well located in the center of beautiful Colmar. We enjoyed our balcony room, and the staff was helpful and courteous. But be prepared because the parking in Colmar is terrible. The closest parking lot can be very crowded and it took me 20 minutes to find/wait for a parking spot. We knew... More
