We had a lovely room with a sitting area, set back from the noisy side of the hotel. If you are going to arrive by car, the hotel parking is a nightmare to find and the staff isn't so helpful at explaining where the parking is. more

We stayed one night at this hotel, in the old part of it. It was OK, featuring an old-fashioned charm. It's restaurant is considered as one of the best in town but we didn't have the chance to visit it. More convenient for train travellers. Stayed one night. convenience of the train station next door was motivation for choice. i had an air conditioned room in the renovated section of the hotel. When i entered the room the outside window was open. i closed the window and went about my business and waited for the air conditioning to cool the room and reduce the humidity.... more

Hotel was quite ok. First we had a room from the old side, which was really nice and even had a very old baby cot in it. We have stayed here several times. Rooms were charming with lovely furniture, wallpaper and some had an extra sitting area. Very disappointed in the new area. The room had garish colors and ugly modern furniture. However, it was very functional. No more free parking. Main part of Colmar is about a 15 minute walk. more

The Hotel Bristol's location right next to the station had the great advantage of convenience as we arrived in Colmar by train.
