Lovely & friendly, family run hotel, clean & calm. Rich served vegetarian breakfast. Perfect location: Opposite of a park, food shops & restaurants next corner, excellent bus links. We enjoyed staying there very much (4 nights) & would return any time.

I recently stayed at the verdene when visiting Manchester on a work trip and was delighted with my stay there. My room was large and pleasant, comfortable bed and newly redecorated, lovely bathroom with a great shower. A really good stuff and an excellent hospitality. It's not far away from Manchester centre only about 15 mins bus and the stuff where really helpful to give me directions. Would reccomend it and definetly will be going back :)
