I can not put into words the disgusting "place" - not worthy of the name hotel - that citi park is. It was truly horrific . Dirty Drugs den - people hanging around like a homeless shelter. Just under no circumstances book here. Rooms stank of smoke. Car park not secure. Beds truly awful. I wont go on. Just stay... More

Nice clean comfortable room, cheerful friendly staff that could not do enough to make my stay memorable. Free internet, free breakfast, free tea, coffee, a variety of cereals and biscuits available throughout the day and night. Citi park... More

I stayed here with my friend and 7 year old daughter for one night on 31st of May. We arrived to be greated by "Dave" wearing a dirty grey track suit! He then checked us in and asked for the £75 room fee...ask to see room before handing over cash a must! He then led us to a box room... More

Arrived on Sunday after a long drive from Devon! When we arrived we walked past two very suspicious looking characters in the garden, smoking! Neither one of them approached us even though we were all carrying bags! When we got in, we found reception unmanned with two contact numbers for Dave! Then lo and behold if one of the smoking... Well I just don't know how this hell hole hasn't been shut down, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in it was filthy! Stains all over the walls floors and sheets! Do not stay here I would rather sleep on the streets! And to make things worse the people who owned/run hotel were smoking drugs!

Booked this hotel for me and my niece as we were going to the 1D concert, turned up very excited but it soon changed! We was told on arrival that there was no keys to the room? And that when we wanted to leave they would come and lock the door. Then when we got in the room it was... More

We needed a hotel close to a party we were attending and this came up it was prices at £30.00 for 2 people for 1 night. The location was perfect and the room was clean and very basic. I would not recommend it for my parents but all we wanted was a place to stay after the party. I slept... More

When we arrived to "check in" was met by shifty looking lad who looked as if he was on a bit of a come down - was told the room we had booked and confirmed by email was not ready and to come back later. Upon doing so was told that the room in fact was not available due to... More

We booked this hotel to attend a sporting event in Manchester last weekend (17th/18th May). We booked a Double room with en suite, and breakfast. We arrived early but were told our room wasn't available, not a problem, we just wanted to leave the car and go to the event. Told the guy on reception we would be back after... More
