Stayed at this hotel with a group of 30 Adults and teenage schoolchildren. The staff were excelent and made arrangements with the Chef to feed us all after a 6 hour Coach Journey. We had not booked the restaurant as the intention was to eat out, but as previous reports have stated, the Hotel is on a main road in... more

The room was comfortable, if on the small side. Staff were freindly and efficient. For me, the location was great (literally over the road from the customer I was visiting). Downsides: expensive WiFi (but free at Macdonalds less than half mile away towrads M60), and room next to staff entrance where there always seemed to be a group of smokers... more

This hotel is in a dodgy part of Manchester, has been constructed without a thought for soundproofing and is a place you should only stay if you really, really have to! The rooms are a good size and have a decent shower over the bath, but if you are noise sensitive, make sure you get a 4th floor room away... more

I stayed here for 3 nights 17th - 19th May and I have to say the location was great for me as the office I was visiting was across the road. Having said that there is nothing whatsoever within walking distance as you are pretty much on a main road into Manchester city centre and are surrounded by an industrial... more

I booked my wife, her friend, and two teenagers into this hotel- they were competing in a competition at the Manchester velodrome. They had an excellent weekend. The staff were top notch and really made the weekend for them (thank-you) Their allocated room was large and spacious accommodating upto four people with ease. Parking is secure in a gated compound... more

The service and staff at this hotel are wonderful. The attitude of all the staff was very welcoming and made us feel special. They all deserve a pat on the back, from the cleaners to front desk, restaurant brilliant. We would recommend anyone to stay here. more

Couldn't have asked for much more really with the hotel other than the location. I took advantage of a HI offer for a free night if paying for another. Didn't arrive until after 7pm, yet was still given upgraded room "executive" as per Priority Club status, without any request so room had obviously been kept and prepared for me. Staff... more

I have stayed at this hotel more than once now and I will go back again. The location is good - just to the east of the city centre and the hotel is very easy to find. Parking is free. The staff are great, very welcoming and helpful and the restaurant team are very efficient and chatty. I've stayed in... more

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel recently whilst visiting Manchester for shopping and to see a football match The hotel itself is around 2 miles from the city centre (around £5 in a taxi) in a mixed area of business units with few local amenities. It is within walking distance of the City of Manchester Stadium and National cycling... more
