We stayed in this hotel whilst visiting Manchester and the Granada studios tour and were very pleased with everything. Staff were very helpful restaurant was lovely rooms and bed was huge and very good! Would recommend this hotel to anyone! Only slight complaint was car park wasn't very big but we managed to park with one space left!

There is construction work going on - but they finish at 5 and had not started until after 8am (not too sure what time, but I left at 8am and there was no construction workers there) It is smack bang in the centre of Manchester - so no worries about shopping or nightlife. It's in a quite little area, but... More

Stayed as party of 8 on 12 July. We arrived earlier than the recommended check-in time and, understandably, not all our rooms were available. We were told that all our rooms were located together and 1 would be available immediately. We requested to complete the check-in process and payment for the remainder of the rooms but were told this was... More

We stayed here for 4 nights with my sister. We were allocated room 411 which was one of the newly refurbished rooms. The room was lovely and clean and enough room for us. The only negative was the building work going on whilst we were there woke up at 6.30am by which can only be described as drilling that added... More

We stayed here for a concert at the Arena. We were able to walk to and from the concert in less than 10 minutes so no need to worry about transport which was the main draw. The room was clean, the breakfast decent and check in/ check out painless. The outside of the hotel is a little dated and at... More

Stayed here for one night on a Saturday as me & my fella wanted to go out in Manchester, I had a few options of hotels in the centre but chose The Premier Inn as they have never let me down before. And they didn't this time! Room was a very good size and very clean too! Can't say much... More

I stayed in your hotel for a weekend . On first appearance the whole hotel inside was not nice. The all reception areas looked old and ugly . Anyway the room was big with a huge comfy bed. The bathroom looked very clean and fresh . I was very disappointed with the breakfast . There was no enough staff. I... More

First time I stayed in a Premier Inn, wasn't sure what to expect but did not expect the renovations, the lack of air con, the spotty WiFi, the iffy restaurant for dinner ... but I guess you get what you pay for.

The best Premier Inn I've stayed in so far & they've all been good. Not only was it good value. The room was lovely & clean, the food was good & staff were brilliant. Friendly, polite & nothing too much trouble. Excellent stay.
