We were in Swinton for a family members 50th and we stayed for four nights. We were greeted by a wonderful receptionist. Our rooms were spotless, cleaning staff were great. In all our stay at the swinton premier inn was fab and would defo stay again. All staff were so so nice. Will never step foot in the Henry boddington... More

I've stayed in a few premier inns and I find it hard to fault them. This was no exception. Its cheap and cheerful in an average part of Manchester outskirts which is about 10 minutes from the city centre. On the outside nothing to write home about. However the staff were fantastic. Chatty, friendly and happy to help. The pub... More

We stayed here as my daughter had an interview at the University of Salford. It's not far so was an ideal location to ensure she got there on time. The staff upon welcome were superb. The receptionist was friendly and genuinely helpful. She advised us about travelling times for the interview for the next day and suggested places to eat... More

I have stayed here on a number of occasions, visiting family. However, This was the first time I had taken my disabled mum to stay for a week so her flat could be refurbished. I cannot express how attentive, kind & helpful the whole premier inn team were, cleaners, day & night staff. Our disabled access room was just superb!... More

Can't fault the place; the reception and cleaning staff were excellent, room a good size as well as quiet and very clean throughout. Cot provided was fine also. Very comfy bed and huge TV! Pub next door excellent in the evening (Tom our waiter was a nice lad), poor the next day for lunch (service poor, food again fine). Would... More

Just wanted a quick stop over. Stayed here before same top service you expect from Premier Inn. Requested a bath in the room but was told only disabled rooms have baths and we was surprised to be offered one, bath was ok but not deep enough. Did the job.

A great stay and really nice staff who couldn't do enough all the time, all happy to chat away and show real friendly faces. Next door is the dreaded pub, no breakfast on 2 days, one day the chef was sick, waste of time setting the alarm. Language in the pub around our children was a disgrace!!!! Never have we... More

We stayed here as we were attending a nearby party. It isn't the most glamorous of locations and the building isn't the most attractive and tucked behind a busy pub. Once inside though, the receptionist ( emma I think) was so warm and friendly. We stay in a lot of hotels and she was one of the friendliest and helpful... More

I returned once again to Swinton's Premier Inn to visit family & friends for Christmas. I wish it was easier to request a room on the ground floor, overlooking the playing field than having to keep ringing a high cost telephone number. That said, I appreciated that I was allocated exactly what I'd requested. Thank you. The best thing about... More

Room was comfortable very clean and spacious. Food in the pub next door was gorgeous. The staff are welcoming and very friendly. Taxis are rung by the staff on reception or there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel that takes you straight in the the heart of Manchester. I would definately stay here again
