We stayed here because of the location to our friends we were visiting but it was very convenient to see various parts of the city during the weekend and close to the tram link. The room was extremely warm so we had to have the window open (which meant noise from the road) but we were grateful for the fan... More

We went there on Sunday. We spent v.great time in walking between the trees, sailing in the lake, riding few simple rides (age 2-14). We passed on animal farm took some pictures. The coffee shop was crowded we couldn't stay there. We had an ice-cream from the ice-cream car. Also there was cable car and small train. Beautiful steel/modern play... More

The staff here were really great and provided for genuine warmth during our stay. The room provided enough space for my family and quality of beds ensured that everyone - including the kids- had a sound night's sleep. Very good VFM

Either this hotel has undergone a miraculous transformation in recent weeks or some of the criticisms in previous posts were very much on the harsh side. This was our first stay in a Premier Inn and we found the whole experience first class from start to finish, with just about every box firmly ticked and the complete product emphatically “doing... Walked into a very hot (over 25 degrees) unheated room, cool & rainy outside by the way, small window open all night and pedestal fan did not reduce the temperature...small double room with 2 extra single beds for the kids. Tiny gap between double and the 2 singles.....would have to walk sideways between the beds, and the other kid would... More

Thank you for your feedback on our hotel. We always aim to give our guests great service and great value for money, and so we have a truckle style bed for a family of four room which allows us to keep allowing kids under 16 to stay with us free of charge in a family room. We appreciate that some... More

Having stayed at the premier inn in London we were excited to be back but left very disappointed. We had a family room but the third bed was just a base with no mattress. When we spoke to reception we were told they're all like that and given a duvet to cushion it. My husband was allowed to go and... More

This was the only Premier Inn in the area that I could get a room at, I really wanted to stay at one a few miles away but it was fully booked. Reception were very friendly, but almost too friendly - it felt a bit like The Spanish Inquisition - "you WILL enjoy staying here, won't you!". The rooms are... More
