Stayed here last weekend for two nights. Friendly efficient and helpful staff. Good value and location, ideal if you want to stay near the Etihad Stadium, just a couple of mile via transport. The room was clean and cosy,breakfast was nice and tasty. There was nothing to dislike. We look forward to visiting soon.

Arrived Friday morning, was welcomed by staff speedy check in the added bonus we were informed of the FREE bus No.3 to and from town every 10/15 minutes (this was the first we heard) having stayed here numerous times, spent the day shopping back out in town for the night. We spent one night here at a room only cost of £29 which was tremendous value for a city centre location. There is plenty of free parking available on site which is unusual for such a location. Stayed here for Manchester Great 10k arrived early was allowed to park free of charge and given free coffee. Rooms very clean and beds extremely comfortable. Highly recommend. Just a stroll into city.

Good base to get around Manchester from. Science and Industry museum and Manchester Museum are both within walking distance of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff made it for us, they were friendly and looked very happy in their jobs, it's always nice to be greeted by a smile! The breakfast was excellent and the location of the hotel was great for the run. Good value for money and we would stay here again.

Stayed to go to the MEN Arena closest with parking for the money! Could be quite hot in summer and could be noisy with the window open due to main roads. Clean tidy and good breakfast. Book in advance for best prices!
