A serious hotel.I have stayed here twice in the last week.The staff are professional.Excellent rooms are large,quiet and comfortable.Air -conditioning that works was much appreciated.If arriving during the day by train at Manchester Piccadilly note that there is a free bus which drops you at the front door of the hotel-number 3 bus. Lovely clean spacious room, equiped with iron, kettle etc. Very moden surroundings and lovely grand entrance.
