Hey, I´ve said in the Hostel one night and it was really nice. The bathrooms and rooms are clean, there is free breakfast (cornflakes, toast, marmelade, coffee and tea), a TV room and every night a different entertainment programm. I really liked that they had a secure locker room with numbers, so that not everyone could take your luggage. The... More

Thanks for the review and recommendation! We're stoked you found the rooms, breakfast, lockers and entertainment to your liking, as we aim to please! If you visit again, we have earplugs available at reception for free to help combat that city centre noise. More

Sleeping at the Hatters is not expensive at all. You can have a breakfast if you prepare it yourself and wash your dishes. You have to rent a towel if you need one, to go to the patio to connect your phone or computer to the wifi. The beds are not extremely good, but they are totally clean. It was... More

This place encourages people to get together on their pub crawls. A nice kitchen available with a seating area. Maps for the town. Wi-fi everywhere. Marko the big guy behind the desk makes it feel safe at night when everyone gets in. Overall for the price you can't beat it. U would stay again and even recommend it. Btw Edinburgh... More

Friendly staff on check in, room spacious even though it was six beds. There were only male toilets on my floor so I was not able to use them and I find it unacceptable that I should have to go to a different floor to use the toilet especially at night. On the pictures it showed they had curtains on... More

I stayed here for 2 nights last month and greatly enjoyed my experience. For the little you pay you get so much! The beds are comfortable and fellow travellers quiet and considerate. You also get breakfast included!!! They have lockers but bring your own lock unless you want to pay to hire one. The staff are always on hand to... More

Stayed here a few times very nice hostel close to the city centre with helpful staff that organise bar crawls. The kitchen is nice and the tv room is huge great for chilling in and meeting new people. Fun lively atmosphere on the weekends but the dorms are quiet enough to get good sleep if u need it and they... More

Been in this hostel for 2 days and it was too much. Check-in too late (2 pm), no lift, dark rooms, horrible toilets (shared and just 2), cold (very cold) water from sink and showers. Luckily been there just for two days, the only positive thing is the closeness to the city center.

Bedroom was as could be expected from a hostel although the shower water was either freezing or burn. luckily they have common showers downstairs. the free tea and toast went down well with everyone and I couldn't compliment the TV room more on it's comfortability, except that it only seats 4/5 people watching tv. the staff were nice, but there's... I went here because our groups give the chain enough business to warrant a 10% discount on price. I will ignore the fact that the windows in the room were permanently chained open and the radiators had the valves removed to stop you giving yourself extra heat nor due to the windows closing could you keep any noise out. No,... More

Was good they had single sex bathrooms and showers unlike Hatters Birmingham! I had a room full of lovely people which was good! only thing that sucked was having to pay for parking and having to carry my big bag up 5 lots of stairs as the lift was broken
