We recently booked to stay at this hotel for one night, When we arrived the staff were rude and very unhelpful, We went to the room which was boiling hot as a heater had been left on even though it was a very mild day. The room was tiny with a rock hard bed, plaster coming off the walls (those... More

Potentially a great hotel...but only potentially. Every aspect of the hotel (leisure facilities, sauna, common areas and room) needs a facelift. There's mould in a lot of places and many parts are unclean (my bathroom, changing rooms to gym/pool) although towels and bedding were absolutely fine. Not a great experience.

stayed for 2 nights and it was brilliant. The bedroom was comfortable and a wet room bathroom/shower with a shower that I've never felt such pressure, it was unbelievable! Breakfast was super, really tasty and friendly helpful staff! The leisure centre was so good, such a variety of equipment, all looked very new and a super room for kettlebells, brilliant.... More

I stayed here approx 7 years ago, although I liked the hotel and facilities, and a fabulous buffet breakfast the room was quite shabby. I was a bit hesitant to stay again, but as the area is short of Hotels I decided to give it another go, and I am so glad I did. I booked 2 rooms, one a... More

I stayed at this hotel whilst my husband was in hospital nearby. The staff were great nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was really good and always served by pleasant and smiling staff. I only had one meal in the evening and that was faultless, again the service was really good. Unfortunately I didn't have time to use the... More

The wifi signal didn't reached the room (only managed to acess in the reception). I did enjoyed The breakfast and had also acess to the... More

Stayed one night last saturday for a getaway from the kids. NIce place, easy to find, very nice people on reception. Unfortunately the rooms were very shoddy, don't know if they were all the same or we just got unlucky. Severe damp on the bathroom ceiling, a smashed sink, very small room (supposedly booked a luxury king double?) and a... More

This hotel is a bit of a mixed bag. It's cheap (remember that), and included both breakfast and wifi. The bedroom is nicely decorated, and the bed looks inviting. The layout is a bit odd though. There are bedside lamps both sides of the bed, but the switches for both are on the same side (so I'm operating my girlfriend's... More

We stayed for one night to attend a party nearby. The room is compact but very comfortable and clean.we had a sneak preview of a room being refurbished and it appears to be of an extremely high standard. Slept with window open and slept like a log, gentle distant hum of traffic no obvious noise from the airport. All staff... More
