In the process of being redecorated and not before time! Busy hotel as close to Manchester Airport c.3 miles away. Cheap. Had a room on the 8th floor facing the motorway which was busy / noise all night. Mysterious stains on the wall. Room was absolutely freezing although radiator on full, most of the heat lost straight out of the... More

I stayed here in mid January on an overnight stay and weeks parking basis and was more than satisfied, taking into account the amount I paid which some of your other contributors appear not to have done. It's not the Ritz Carlton and doesn't set out to be but neither is it Ritz Carlton prices and the room I had... More

thank goodness it was just a overnight, Decor in lounge area dated ,leather seats and tables should have been dumped about 5 years ago, worn out leather. Happy hour at bar most of the day SUN-THURS, hence the rough and rowdy locals. patrons. Food was all dried out , except for the soup/deserts-(very poor)only positive was polite waiter said I... I stayed here in October, I have sent three emails to their customer services department with no response. I could write a really long review but basically the food was awful, room was dirty and thw car park where you leave your car looks like something out of a bad zombie movie. The taxi to the airport is an additional... More

Stayed here in 2010 and the room was horrible stains on the carpet mould all over the window and a horrible hospital smell. I had heard that they had improved the hotel since then so rebooked a night in an executive room as I was flying out early from the airport. Now I did say it was an executive room... More

The food was awful. The rooms were dirty and dated. This hotel is in drastic need of a full refurbishment we will never stay here again! On a plus side it's close to Manchester Airport but personally I would rather pay a little extra and go elsewhere.

car park is built for smart cars had to fold the wing mirrors in on my car to get through the gaps between areas and the marked bays are tiny. all communal areas inside are dirty and dated and room carpet was full of red wine (i hope) stains filthy extractor fan in bathroom and very uncomfortable beds

Our room was on the 7th floor, it was warm and clean, although the carpet was a bit tired. The bathroom was immaculate. Everything worked, there was a trouser press and hairdryer. The bed was clean and comfortable. The TV was a bit antiquated but worked fine. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very reasonable, I had... More

My partner booked this for an over night stay as we were flying early from manchester airport the next morning. Well for a start the 'airport' hotel is no where near the airport. It cost £10 in a booked taxi or almost £20 in a black cab. How you can get away with calling yourself an airport hotel is about... More

I came here to treat my girlfriend for the nite and took her to see ed Sheeren and when we got to the hotel it looked really nice but when we checked it we was just told were a room was and we wasn't showed we just had to guess and the decor was from the 80s and the room... More
