Stayed here for one night on a Caledonian Travel tour to see And & Dec at the phones4u arena. Having looked at reviews before we went I thought it was going to be horrible. I was pleasantly surprised. Reception, bar and restaurant areas looked ok. The evening meal was nothing special but perfectly edible and like the breakfast, it was... More

Used the park and stay facility whilst on holiday. Car park is under cover and secure. 10 minute drive by taxi to the airport, £10 there and £15 return. Room was supposed to be a family one but consisted of two small double beds with mattresses that were probably original and extremely uncomfortable. It was used as somewhere to stop... More

Stopped over at this hotel for one night the hotel was quite adequate. Food was basic but filled an empty stomach, breakfast too. Room was basic clean, supplied with bathroom condiments and plenty of towels. Bar and restaurant areas clean and tidy as well as toilets. Will stop again if need be.

Stayed here before flying. Has to be the worst hotel in the UK. The smell is disgusting and as I walked up to the room I was nearly sick. Rotten doors, dirty carpets, dirty bathroom with hole in bath. Ripped wallpaper. Paper thin walls so you can hear everything next door. Thank god it was nighttime as I dread to... More

Stay away from this hotel it is disgusting, the rooms are dirty and scruffy, the sort of doss hole a trap would be feel at home in, it needs a total revamp ,the outside of the hotel looks like a prison camp, the sister hotel is the best nice surroundings

Came here with the family as we were on a coach trip. The rooms and the bathroom were dirty. The cups to make hot drinks were stained even if i had wanted to make a drink there was no tea or coffee left to make one. For breakfast you had to be quick off the mark to get the hot... More

Overnight stay prior to flight in July 2014. Hotel's public areas in real need of an update. Shabby, grubby, ripped carpets etc. and unwelcoming feel. I could have overlooked this had our room been okay but the word that best describes the bedroom is 'appalling'. Unclean, smelly, windows that were opaque with dirt. Mattress was ripped and stained, and I... More

Soon as we pulled up on the car park i just didn't want to go in,it looks like a derelict building absolutely awful but after persuasion from the wife to just see what it was like we all agreed to go in.after a fairly quick check-in we were told that we had been allocated 2 adjoining rooms for the price... We stayed here as a family of four before an early morning flight. Our hearts sank as we viewed the property from outside as we realised this is where we were going to spend the night and I can assure anyone reading this that it didn't get any better. We were shown to our room and by this time we... More
