This grand old villa has been renovated to a very high standard and is perfect for a short break. The bedrooms are well furnished and quiet, Breakfast downstairs in the old kitchen is excellent. Service is attentive and thoughtful. The decoration throughout is in a tastefully subdued colour palette in pale green, cream and grey. Best of all are the... More

Very much enjoyed my stay here. The room was beautiful and spacious. I loved the unusual set up with a beautiful free standing bath at the end of my bed! The only down point to our stay was the building works in the following room waking me early. The staff were polite and apologetic regarding this( I am awaiting some... More

We stayed for 3 nights and I have to say I'd highly recommend it. The apartment was spacious with all the amenities you could want, the tv by the bath is particularly awesome! The grab and go breakfast is an excellent idea and we certainly grabbed all we could. Location wise this hotel is perfectly situated, just a short walk

This is a really gorgeous hotel and while not at all central for Manchester it is well worth the detour - and very handy for Manchester airport and/or for visits to South Manchester (I used it as a base when working in Stockport). The building itself is absolutely beautiful - carefully restored Victorian house with amazing details like all the... More

Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband. In essence a lovely hotel, and the room we had was to an exceptional standard and different to the usual hotel rooms. In particular the shower, roll top bath were fantastic. The bed was very comfy and the staff we spoke to were very friendly and welcoming. However, there are a couple... More

birthday afternoon tea for two at this cosy boutique hotel in Didsbury. Staff very helpful and friendly. Afternoon tea outstanding a real treat. The sandwiches were plentiful and the cakes were to die for! Don't eat lunch before you go!

Last nightwas our second stay at the Didsbury House Hotel, and it was as amazing as out first visit! The room (we stated in room 10, an eclectic villa I think) was outstanding and felt like our own little home away from home. We will certainly ask for this room again! The room facilities are of the highest quality, especially... More

This was our second stay at the Didsbury and it was as fabulous as the first time. The rooms are beautiful, we were upgraded due to being our anniversary. The roll top bath, petals on the bed and chocolate coated strawberries added to whole experience. The staff are welcoming and helpful allowing a peaceful stay by not over attending. The... More

We stayed here on the 26th February for 1 night and I have to say the hotel was excellent. The staff were fantastic and really helpful. The room was lovely with a roll top bath and an extremely comfortable bed - a welcome change to the generic bland rooms you normally get in hotels. The location of the hotel was... More
