I stayed because it was close to where I was meeting friends for the weekend. However, I would neither stay again nor recommend the hotel if you are partial to a quiet night's sleep and enjoy the fresh clean smell of a well maintained hotel!

Stayed here for the night before a flight from Manchester airport. The hotel is close enough that it's only a short commute to the airport or your parking but far enough that you're not paying the through the nose to stay there. We got a family room for four of us for £35 which, frankly, is incredible. The room was... More

East Didsbury Travelodge is a good safe place to stay. At £25 per night for a 4 person room is fantastic value. The room was good standard, clean, roomy with ensuite bathroom - yes a bath! 2 minute from Bus stop - many buses to City Centre including Night Buses, 4 minutes from train and tram and Tesco. 2 minutes... We stayed at this hotel for 2 night whilst attending a very important family birthday locally. We decided to travel down to Manchester on Friday night as we had my young grandson with us, we had informed the Hotel that we would be arriving late but when we arrived it took ages for someone to come and let us in.... We are sorry to learn of your poor experience Granoftwoboys. Our staff are required to provide a great service to our customers so it is regrettable to learn they were uninterested. We are aware that on some occasions the fire alarm may go off and staff members are fully trained on what to do in these situations for the safety... More

I had a large clean room with a comfortable bed. The hotel is well maintained and all the staff very helpful. The car park was free. NB The hotel has no cafe or restaurant. Fortunately there are several nearby, plus a large Tesco for DIY meals.

A very average hotel to say the least but the location helps it a lot. It is right by parrs wood entertainment complex also within walking distance to didsbury and right across the road is the metro which takes you right into Manchester city centre.

Stayed at this Travelodge on May 31st before flying out of Manchester Airport. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The only thing stopping us giving the hotel a score of five was the grouting around the bath needing some attention. We have stayed here twice before and would certainly stay here again.

Whilst I appreciate that the chain is going through a refurbishment programme, I found this room to be below an acceptable standard with regard to maintenance and the price paid. That said the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly and the location was well placed for our purpose. We were advised of the refurbishment... More

Horrible hotel - very tacky and not what I expected from a Travelodge. Noisy and not well maintained. In need of refurbishment. My two nights were distubed by corridor noise that seemed in my room, No one on reception at breakfast time to buy a pack so I went hungry
