The noise level from inside the hotel from the floor above us was terrible. You could hear the people walking n jumping about til really early hours. The room had marks up the walls from where drinks has been splashed up it. There was a screw sticking out the wall. The window latch was broken so couldn't close it properly... More

Pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Expecting a dull overnight stay before heading to airport next day but hotel situated in an area with lots to do and eat! Next time we'll arrive earlier and enjoy all there is to offer. The hotel itself was basic, as one would expect, but the family bedroom was perfect size and set up. The staff... More

The Didsbury Travelodge is ideally situated to explore the area. There are buses and trams into the city, restaurants, a cinema, bowling and shops within a very short walk. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Stayed here for two nights, Sunday and Monday. It was an excellent location with a free car-park and directly opposite the tram line. the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room, 316, was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. A great stay, ignore the negative comments, a bargain for the price.

My husband and I stayed here this weekend for two nights, and paid £140 for the privilege. I don't find this particularly cheap, especially when the hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. The walls in the room were grubby and the bathroom definitely needed a refit. That said, the bed was OK and we both slept through, and I... More

I stayed because it was close to where I was meeting friends for the weekend. However, I would neither stay again nor recommend the hotel if you are partial to a quiet night's sleep and enjoy the fresh clean smell of a well maintained hotel!

Stayed here for the night before a flight from Manchester airport. The hotel is close enough that it's only a short commute to the airport or your parking but far enough that you're not paying the through the nose to stay there. We got a family room for four of us for £35 which, frankly, is incredible. The room was... More

East Didsbury Travelodge is a good safe place to stay. At £25 per night for a 4 person room is fantastic value. The room was good standard, clean, roomy with ensuite bathroom - yes a bath! 2 minute from Bus stop - many buses to City Centre including Night Buses, 4 minutes from train and tram and Tesco. 2 minutes... We stayed at this hotel for 2 night whilst attending a very important family birthday locally. We decided to travel down to Manchester on Friday night as we had my young grandson with us, we had informed the Hotel that we would be arriving late but when we arrived it took ages for someone to come and let us in.... We are sorry to learn of your poor experience Granoftwoboys. Our staff are required to provide a great service to our customers so it is regrettable to learn they were uninterested. We are aware that on some occasions the fire alarm may go off and staff members are fully trained on what to do in these situations for the safety... More
