Rude staff, terrible thin pillows and was told I would have to pay for a second pillow. Noisy on a main junction. Check-in at 3pm - we arrived at 2.50pm and they wouldn't even acknowledge us until the clock hit 3pm! Not worth talking about anymore. Just be warned if you book this place.

Great location, really close to the charming Didsbury and Hale etc, perfect for a place to crash, just don't expect too much. It's clean enough and fit for purpose. The staff are really friendly and eager to help.
