Stayed here for 3 nights last resort, I would have preferred to sleep in a bin truck. It's a dump and no matter how urgent it is to find accommodation DO NOT STAY HERE. Dirty, smelly, horrible staff basal outlay nothing good about it. Wouldn't leave my dog there. Should be shut down immediately.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. I have stayed all over Manchester city centre and for similar sorts of prices as I paid for this one. The Hotel is on a side road at the Back of Piccadilly. It is in an ideal location, but i'm afraid thats where the compliments end. The outside is scruffy, Entrance is gained via a... More

I feel like an idiot booking this hotel because I should have read the reviews first but because we needed an extra night in Manchester we booked this hotel in a rush. Firstly the man at reception called Mohamed is extremely rude - no manners whatsoever. My husband demanded to see the room before we signed anything and he tried... More

I booked this accommodation via booking.com and unfortunately didn't read these reviews! On entering the 'hotel' there was a strong smell of urine, we weren't offered to see the room prior to paying and therefore continued to make payment. Seeing the rooms that this hotel offer I immediately left. The window was broken and wouldn't close, the radiator was covered... More

Through circumstances beyoned my control we booked his hotel thorugh boking.com. I travelled to Manchester with my 11 year old daughter to see the 1D concert. My daughter was just discharged from hospital and was hit or miss wether we would go but she begged me to take her as it was her birthday present. As soon as we arrived... More

This hotel is not for a romantic break, nor is it for people who like the finer things in life. The hotel looks like someone bought it as a "fixxer upper" and never got round to doing the work. The overall look of the hotel is old and weathered. In our room the wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off... More

I know the saying is "you get what you pay for" but I've stayed in hostels for £20 which have been cleaner than this place, hot tap didn't work, lock on the door looked like it had been forced at some point and took 5 mins to lock on our way out for the night, what I'm hoping was red... More

Toilet covered in faeces the rooms are appalling windows do not... More
