Had tickets for Coldplay at the MEN Arena. I booked online at the Apartments own website after checking trip advisor and the reviews left. We also had a telephone call about 3 days before from them to double check the booking was still required. We booked the Premier Apartments through Late Rooms but would have saved £4 if we had booked direct through the hotel's own website.
