We got there quite late, but reception warning wasn't very warm. Didn't realise we needed to put a £100 deposit on the room as well. stayed here a few times ..great apartments just across the road to canal street and all shops bars ect ect not far from manchester arena and piccadily rail station very stylish rooms i recomend this hotel to anyone..............

Overall had a pleasant stay. The staff were polite, helpful but not intrusive in any way.
