Stopped here with my wife and family to see a concern at MEN arena. Well placed for this (and central Manchester shopping, which we didn't do). Car parking limited (family had to park at adjacent NCP for £15 overnight). Evening meal and breakfast fine, but room smelled VERY badly of tobacco smoke. We stayed here for Manchester Pride and I have to say I am absolutely disgusted at the state of the room. The sofa bed was ripped, there were stains all over the walls, the shower handle fell off when I tried to turn on the shower, the bathroom was covered in mold and the bed had springs sticking out everywhere.... more
