I was extremely impressed by the high level of customer service that I experienced at this hotel. The reception staff and cleaning staff dealt with everything quickly and efficiently and we left feeling very happy. The room was a good price and therefore met out expectations for the price we paid- it was comfortable if not a little noisy at... More

Stayed for a night on business. Bed absolutely fantastic, everything clean, service courteous, no quibbles except to note that the padded seating in the bedroom was slighlty grimy and stained...needs an overhaul. The breakfast was absolutely magnificent (apart from the scrambled eggs which were somewhat iffy). All in all a great stay. Just one happening worthy of note. While trying... More

Stayed here on the 22nd August. Check in was swift, efficient with friendly staff. A standard Ibis room, and the beds are much improved from the last time I stayed at the brand. Room was quiet considering the location and the double glazing worked well. The hotel is clearly busy and the room although clean it was looking a little... More

I've been to Manchester several times before, and wanted something in this location. The value was okay. The Location is great. Probably, the best thing about this hotel IS the value and location. The service at arrival was a bit cold. But warmed up as our two nights went by. Much better reception upon departure. The room was cozy and... More

We stayed here for 1 night as a stop over before our flight from Mancs airport. It is in a convenient location. 10mins walk to the station. 10-15mins walk to the centre of Mancs too. Staff were friendly. They allowed us to do early check in. We didn't have breakfast due to leaving early for our flight. The room was... More

I've visited this hotel twice: the first time for two nights away in late November of 2013 and secondly, for a night away on the 15th August 2014.On both occasions the hotel was used as a pit stop- somewhere for us to rest after we've been out for the night. At this Ibis hotel you essentially get what you've paid... More

The hotel is easy to find, 5 minutes on foot to Oxford Road station and 10 minutes or less to the city centre. We were lucky enough to pay a very cheap price for our stay (68 quid for 2 nights) because it wouldn't be worth any more than that. The staff was ok, no problems there. The room.... ooooh... More

If you stay at an Ibis then you know you just want a clean, comfortable room - and this is what I got. Very central, with friendly staff at check out. Due to timing, I even had the "unlimited" breakfast the following morning - again you are not paying luxury prices, but it is convenient and acceptable quality. Being central,... More
