Had a wonderful meal and evening at the Hotel, all the staff were very polite and attentative as you would expect.

Didn't stay at the hotel however did visit Studio 23 bar on the 23rd floor. Made us queue and wait for 45 minutes - was finally granted entrance and the service was soooooo slow, took ages for our cocktails to arrive - ambience was non existent, decor boring, defo not worth queueing 45 mins for - won't bother again

Stayed at thiswonderful landmark building for two nights. I stayed in the premier room as a solo traveller all amenities within the room were of the highest class. Lved the bar and will be back with my partner.
