Stayed here last Saturday night, and received very friendly service, as well as vouchers for free drinks at the bar (which served Real Ale, though that wasn't on the offer). This hotel is ideal if you are arriving into the picadilly train station as it is a 10 minute walk away. The rooms are really modern, clean and have everything you expect from adays hotel. I am amzed at the negative comments in some of the reviews for this hotel. Yes the rooms are a bit small but so what? They're quiet, comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Loads of really hot water at the basin too. Tea/coffee stuff in the room, flat tv, and one really nice point was a loose change collection envelope... more
