Kinda ok hostel if you are travelling for site seeing etc. Pros: -Clean rooms. -Free WiFi working properly 24*7 -Most important is the location. Just beside the Victoria Station, Football Museum and Manchester Cathedral.10 mins walk to the Town Centre. Many clubs, shops etc just 3 mins away. Cons: -Very small rooms. -Toilets are downstairs even for the 1st floor... More

This hostel is fantastic value for money. I really wasn't expecting a lot as my 3 friends and I were booked in a 28 bed dorm, but it was clean, modern and had very comfy beds. The staff were amazing and one lady (Billy) even gave us a lift out as our taxi was late! Legend! Right next to the... More

After a long journey from London and reading various reviews about this place, it really was not what I expected. I paid a very small price at short notice compared to other accommodations in Manchester, I was sent here for work as I had a photography class to teach in Manchester. The anxiety was soon overcome with satisfaction as I... More

Booked the double en-suite room as advertised which looked lovely months in advance as we had tickets to a concert and xmas shopping planned. Book in was from 2, arrived at 5 to a 40 min wait in a dirty reception area.we were told the wait was due to the "cleaner" doing the wrong room - this was a blatant... More

Stayed here with a group of 8 friends, the location was good for us, 5 mins from Victoria station and The Printworks. Staff were great, very helpful and could have a laugh with them. The room was the bad point, very damp and covered in mould, bulbs missing in the lights and no curtains. On the plus the bed was... More

Me and and all my boy-friends went for a cheeky little night out... We loved it... The bathrooms are communal (horny) and the rooms were clean and tidy.. Until we left. The guy behind the desk came and partied with us in our room (also horny) and we thought he was banging (literally) All in all a gay Mecca and... More

We've been there for one night because we watch the Champions League match between ManCity and Bayern Munich. The staff was great and showed us everything. The beds were cosy and the location of the hostel was perfect! We will come back! I just can recommend this hostel!

The room was warm and the duvets where warm enough, The... More

Tried to book a room that was shown as available tonight on Booking.com at £74. I phoned at 11.40 as we missed our train but was told by the man who answered the phone that the price had gone up. When I questioned this and said it was showing as available to book online, the man said ' if you... More

This place was ok for one night - looked like newly-renovated room, nice bathroom etc. However, the girls on reception were a bit frosty on check-in and check-out, and at 7am a cherry-picker started up right outside the window. After a night on the turps that wasn't ideal.
