I stayed there with a friend at the beginning of February 2015. We were looking for a cheap place to stay as we only wanted to get drunk in Manchester. We didn't need a luxury hotel for that as it was only to have a bed. However, there are some limits!! When booking, the photos showed a nice bed in... More

Bed was comfy but that's where the fun train ended, The room was in dire need of a refresh, The in room safe didn't work and you could hear people walking back and forth to the toilet all night, That aside I only paid £33 for the night anymore and i would have felt cheated.

I stayed here for one night. I was immediately taken by the friendliness of the staff. Andy was warm and welcoming and made me feel like I had been a regular at REM Bar my whole life. Very unfortunately the rooms, shared loos and hallways are in very poor condition. The whole accommodation requires complete gutting, reconfiguring and modernisation. I... More

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel last night as we travelled far to watch the football. It was cheap and a good location (we wanted to have a few drinks that evening) before we left home, my bf called the hotel and asked if there was parking available. The guy on the phone said there was £4.50 24hours.... More

One of the friendliest bars/hotels in Manchester. Staff could not do enough to help and assist . rooms were clean and tidy and is the best value Ive found for a hotel in Manchester Gay Village and is handy for all the attractions in Manchester. Also close to Piccadilly Stn and main coach station

For breakfast had a choice of cereals and a nice cooked full English. Good times for breakfast 8.30-10.30 so perfect if you have been out the night before. Would... More

Very dirty, without elevator, no room service, no reception service, no fire doors, and any other Hostel service. THIS "Hostel" is just several rooms in a thirth floor of... More

Stayed here with a friend due to cheap price, but soon regretted it. Room had the shower IN the room, next to the bed with no frosted doors or anything, and no toilet. There are shared toilets and showers but these are NOT usually advertised as the main facilities. On Friday and Saturday the bar downstairs is ridiculously loud until... More

I stayed in 'The Rem' (formally The Rembrandt) on Saturday 2oth September 2014 , I booked a room for 1 person with en-suite facilities and paid £75.00 per night. The room had an en-suite shower and sink but No TOILET! I had to use the communal toilet at the end of the corridor, which was a considerable inconvenious. The next... More
