On initial entry I thought it was a fantastic hotel, yes rooms were very dated - albeit very clean (which is definitely more important) We booked an internal room as we were needing as cheap as poss......but meant the room was very stuffy & hot!!! Due to only 1 power point in the room neither of us could charge mobiles... More

I stayed here when attending a training course nearby. Staff were friendly but the hotel itself is dated in parts. The reception and dining area is OK but when you get to the rooms they do leave room for improvement. Cracked and tinted light switches, no main light in the room only desk/table lamps, no AC, the joins in the... More

Our stay here was great. The hotel is a little dated. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is situated right in the middle of Manchester Piccadilly. Perfect location for a weekend stay. Breakfast at the hotel was more than adequate to see you through the day.

Read all the reviews, yes no windows in inside rooms, so how to void , book an external room, how difficult is that????. internal room in winter months, external in summer, so long as prices stay the same i will have no difficulty staying there again as i have done many times before.

There is no doubt that this hotel is in a good location and that the price is great. However, you do get what you pay for. There was no window in our room and terrible lighting, meaning it was very dingy and dark in the room. It was extremely hot and there was a small but ineffective fan so there... More

Good Morning and thank you for taking the time to write your review all of our Internal rooms have no windows, this clearly indicated when reserving this room type, this is the main reason they are much cheaper than our standard rooms, we do supply extra fans upon request, we ask that all our guests respect each other when entering... Good Morning and thank you for taking the time to write your review, you are quite correct all our Internal have no windows, this is clearly indicated on both our own website and our trading partners . Hence our much lower pricing , I am sorry he fan was insufficient however larger fans / bigger fans are available at reception. More

1. No window in the room I was in, which had dark wall paintings.....no sight of any Gardens! 2. Extremely uncomfortable, single bed. They were both very rickety. Every time I moved - the entire bed moved and woke me up. The mattress was not comfortable at all. Tried to move the mattress to the floor to sleep on the... More

I booked this hotel with my boyfriend for the bank holiday weekend for 1 night. On arrival, the staff handed over a break down of our stay, which hadn't included our upgraded room. This was altered straight away luckily, but still wasn't a good start. The receptionist and I presume manager/ assistant manager weren't overly friendly either. We were directed... More

We have stayed at gardens a number of times and always found it to be a clean, reasonably priced central hotel. Last night was a disappointment , the room 105 had a large generator fixed to the outside wall which kicked into action all through the night resulting in a really disturbed nights sleep 😠 the iron was also not... Good Morning and thank you for taking the time to write your review, i am sorry your sleep was disturbed during your stay, the generator in question does not belong to nor is part of the hotel building, it belongs to the shop below the hotel, had we been made aware at the time of your stay we could of...
