Stayed just the one night for a theatre trip to MANCHESTER, Hotel was very clean and the bed comfortable, the staff were very pleasant indeed and very helpful, Please note that there is not a bar for alcohol drinks. Breakfast was adequate as it consisted of cereals and toast with fresh fruit but you could help yourself to as much... More

Staff were friendly enough, and room comfortable, there was no TV in room, Ok for a one night stay. Although on the website it states car parking included in price its not it costs an extra £3. As for breakfast, we sat down waiting to be served but no one came to us, then saw other guests helping themselves, you... More

This hotel was everything we were looking for. The staff were fantastic and the most welcoming people we have ever met in a hotel. In a no-alcohol establishment they still provided us with a corkscrew to enjoy a bottle of wine. Absolutely five star service. The hotel is homely and comfortable and although there are no TVs in the rooms,... More

Stayed here with my other half after a works night out. Lovely old building in desperate need of an update but it did the job for one night and as we were out in Manchester anyway, we were not disturbed by the nightclub which tbh we didn't even know was there. Lovely staff and we were given a choice of... More

Avoid at all costs unless you have no other option. Yes its cheap. Yes the staff are very welcoming but the place is pretty bleak and our initial hopes of of being "just a bed for the night" were dashed due it backing on to a night club on Wilmslow Road. The noise was horrendous.

We arrived at 1pm and as soon as we saw the outside of the building we knew wed made a mistake. Looks NOTHING like the online pics. Very decrepit looking and just dirty. Largish car park where we managed to park easily. Upon being buzzed in, the first thing you notice is the smell. Just very musty with an underlying... More

I did not expect this when I arrived. A room with no Tv, a shower that was clogged up with hair and a dirty carpet. It is also near a nightclub so it was impossible to sleep. Staff are friendly but it is quite far out of town and in the 'Curry Mile'

Stayed while my daughter was in st Mary's hospital - room was basic maybe but well equipped, clean and comfortable. Staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant. Ideally located for the hospitals and plenty of places to eat so close by - highly recommended and such good value for money.

I booked back in July to stay at this hotel for two nights in September. I was taking my daughter over to Uni and needed somewhere near the campus . What can I say this hotel is so bad I didn't stay more than 15 minuets . Pulling up into the car park when eventually cars double parked outside moved... More

What an underrated place! It was a great night's sleep for a great price. Very quiet, even located just off the 'Curry Mile' - we couldn't hear a car or any of the crowds. A perfectly honest place for a night's stopover in Manchester - couldn't believe it was such a bargain!
