After arriving here, everything was fine we was admitted by the gentlemen at the desk who was pleasant, oh did this change after as soon as it got more into the night the staff got ruder, it felt like we was constantly patrolled outside making notes of any little noise. Upon arrival we were upgraded and the apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Home from home. Ideal for men arena and city centre. Friendly and efficient staff. Secure car park underground. Supermarket across road. Only downside was sky sports channels advertised and only sky sports three was available so hubby was disappointed as he wanted to watch the match.

These are really spacious and well-appointed apartments, and the service was fantastic. The receptionist responding promptly and helpfully to any concerns or questions we had and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and quick. We were here as a group of 9, booked 2 apartments, one slept 6 and the other 3. Apartment 1, 6 people - consisted of 2 rooms, 1 en-suite, each had two single beds, the remaining beds were two sofa beds. We have just come back from a Hen Weekend, staying at the Staycity apts in Manchester, we had an amazing weekend and the apartments were perfect, very comfortable and clean and pretty much had all we needed. Staff were excellent, helpful and very friendly Would be best suited for Hen/Stag Parties and other weekends away :)
