we had weekend away with the girls found this hotel and what a find staff from checkin to checkout were great rooms clean and well maintained, the spa treatments were also very good.

We booked this hotel on the basis that it was a refurbished 'boutique' hotel close to Manchester Airport with numerous amenities. On check-in they couldn't find any booking details. Check-in staff not helpful - argued about what was included in pre-booked package. Sent to a box room when an executive room had been booked. Reception finally found details and we... More
