We were relocated <24hrs before we arrived - but given freeparking. Only 1 key available for 4 people and no chance of more. 1st morning had no hot water & boiler leaking-we dance all day&night, showers are essential. ONLY contact for Medlock was by mobile, no's in the flat are for BlueRainbow not Medlock. Both mobiles not answered for literally... more

I am currently staying at the Hacienda which are run and serviced by Medlock Apartments. I've been here for two days now and i already feel as if im at home. Medlock Apartment have done a fantastic job with these apartments. Everything i could expect from my own home is here, and i can soo easily call this my home... more

I'm going to keep this short and to the point. I booked with Medlock Apartments directly. Swift booking process, payment was accepted over the phone and arrival instructions were emailed within minutes. Meet & greet services was bang on time, apartment brilliant.
