Stayed in room 302 which was booked for me by business. Room decor extremely tired, pen marks on sheets, and towels frayed with holes in. Bathroom was a wet room and floor was not cleaned properly with long black hair on floor. A further long black hair stuck to my face off the towel when drying myself. Light fittings and... More

l stayed here on Sunday 13th May for one night. My room was in the main building and was clean, comfortable and quiet. There was no disturbance from either plane or traffic noise which can be a common problem in Manchester. There is a resident's dining room ,lounge and a beautiful courtyard garden. The staff were welcoming and helpful and... More

I don't think you will beat this place for value for money. Staff couldn't be more helpful. It is a bit basic but more than adequate. Continental breakfast including poached and boiled eggs was comprehensive. Dinners also available. I booked with LateRooms and noticed a review from someone in March 2012 who had their car broken into in the car... More

good value for money, very helpful staff. This bed and breakfast is good for people who aint going to spend much time in the room. The room cleanliness was excellent. The garden in the middle was very nice if its a sunny day to relax in and read a paper. The bathroom was compact but nice enough. The only problem would... More

Good value for money, although breakfast could definately be improved. Close to the 'curry mile' with good links into Manchester City Centre. Friendly, helpful staff, free wifi. Would stay again.

The hotel has a good quality/price balance. The building is in the suburb, but is well linked by bus with both the airport and the city centre and rail station. The breakfast is average and acceptable. The rooms are silent and have a very little bathroom, the spring mattress could be improved. Anyway, I suggest this hotel only for short... More
