We got this place the am before we left York and what great luck. We only stayed a night but wish we could have stayed longer so we could have enjoyed the gardens and the surroundings. Breakfast was great and our room was wonderful.

We stayed for 4 nights in July. The accommodations and prices are just great. Graeme and Valerie are very helpful in giving you the best things to do wherever you go in the cotswolds. This is also an excellent home base for all trips to other villages in the Cotswolds.

Although the hosts were in the middle of repairing a shower that had been broken by the previous tenants, they were most accommodating in welcoming us and caring for us during our stay. Walking through the wooden doors that led to the B&B part of the property, I was amazed at the size of Valerie and Graeme's gardens. The house and adjoining buildings were beautiful and well kept, and the room was both comfortable and clean. Valerie & Graeme couldn't have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful. Graeme was a tremendous help with navigating the Cotswolds. We absolutely loved the gardens and the whole B&B surroundings, beautiful!! I didn't want to leave this lovely establishment, thank you for the great memories of our travels in the Cotswolds.
