My friend and I have just returned from a 2 night getaway-we wanted a weekend to escape work and chores...this was definitely a great choice. Badgers hall is situated along the high street of a very pretty part of the Cotswolds. The twin room is at the top of the house with the bathroom just across the corridor. The room... More

We spent two nights at Badger's Hall to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived till the time we left everything was perfect. We were welcomed into the cosy tea room and immediately given a delicious cream tea.The woodburner was alight, drawing people in to the Tudor tea room, complete with original beams.I would have liked to have stayed longer in order... My husband and I spent 2 days in Chipping Campden at Badgers Hall. Our hosts. Karen and Paul, were delightful. The food was fantastic. Paul is a phenomenal cook. The scones and desserts were to die for. Our room was beautiful. We love that they maintained the historic features of the building. We plan on returning to England with a... More

Popped in by chance quite quiet which suited us. Loved the building great to see there were 'regulars' there. Had cake of the day which was amazing, nice cup of tea served by friendly staff. Will defiantly go again

When Karen took us to our beautifully decorated room there was no disappointment. It looked just like the online pictures. It was a large bright room that gives a feeling of the history of the building. Loved the exposed beams and brick, 2 antique dressers, a divan, and pretty bedding with lots of natural light. To get to the rooms... More

This was my fourth stay at Badgers Hall. The food is excellent--try the carrot coriander soup--and plentiful. The afternoon cream tea is a challenge because there are so many wonderful items from which to choose. The only possible way to get a full range of the goodies is to stay for an extended period of time. The rooms are very... More

I don't usually write reviews, but my daughter and I just LOVED this place. They totally spoiled us! It wasn't just a continental breakfast that was included, we actually ordered pretty much whatever we wanted the night before AND then were treated to tea and cake or scones in the afternoon. The building and room were rustic and beautiful. This... More

I was really looking forward to a Cotswold cream tea, especially as the waitress said that the scones were baked that day and then warmed in the Aga. And with clotted cream! Oh dear, what a disappointment! As soon as I cut it in half I knew it wasn't going to be good - it was dry and white -... More

We have just spent 3 days in Chipping Campden a lovely hamlet in the Cotswold region of the UK. Our stay at Badgers Hall made our holiday here even more memorable. Paul and Karen were wonderful hosts and made us feel at home. Our room was lovely and clean. The afternoon teas were great and Paul's cooking skills were evident... More

Chipping Campden is a lovely little village in the Cotswalds, and Badger Hall is right in the center of town. It is comfortable, clean, convenient and cozy. Karen and Paul are so friendly and helpful, and they put out a customized and delicious breakfast. True, the upstairs rooms have some low beams, but the ceilings are plenty high enough to... More
