Badgers Hall was everything we hoped for in a Cotswolds inn. The lovely large room with first quality linens and modern fixtures was quiet and exceedingly comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the pastries were incredible. Paul and his wife were charming hosts. I look forward to our next stay.

Visited for lunch. One of many possible choices but pleased with this selection. Pleasant staff, good atmosphere and wholesome food. Chose the soup and sandwich for lunch. I opted for selection not mentioned on the menu but this proved not to be a problem -carrot and coriander with hand cut ham sandwich. Didn't manage the tasty looking cakes. Would definitely... More

Tea here is lovely, with the best of traditional British fare. Try their Bakewell Tart or the cheesy scones. Sample the lemon drizzle cake and Victoria sponge. We were lucky enough to stay overnight and loved the view down the High Street and the low beams everywhere. The staff is friendly, beds comfy, location couldn't be better. We left this... More

Once again Karen and staff provided a perfect afternoon tea of scones and delicious treacle tart. The service is always excellent- as is the food and surroundings. This time we were saved from hunger as we'd had a lunch at a nearby hotel ( I won't name them here) but the portions were very small, and we were ravenous! We... More

8 of us had the full afternoon tea with a glass of Prosecco. Superb. Delicious and plenty of food and a tasty plate of savouries including a yummy savoury bread and butter pudding. Best ginger cake I have ever had. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Faultless in my opinion.

Stayed here 4 years ago. Visiting area and returned for Tiered Tea, Come off the street and go down 1/2 flight of stairs to daylight basement dining area. Comfortable, warm and relaxing. Staff wonderful and engaging. His baking is better than ever, Cannot recommend more highly

Badgers Hall was exactly what we were hoping it would be. It is a charming historic B&B with comfortable inviting rooms. We arrived during Tea Room hours and were treated to the most divine cream tea. My husband and I thought the scones were the best we tasted in all of England. Our room (I think #1) was tastefully appointed... More

Great hosts, cute and quaint B&B, fabulous Cream Teas. It's no wonder they've won awards. Karen and Paul look will after you well and provide a wonderful experience. We visited during a Bank Holiday and the only thing that was difficult was parking on the street. We were in the room on the first floor which was large, very comfortable... More

This B&-B cum bake shop is a delightful hideaway in the middle of perhaps the most picturesque town in the Cotswolds. Hosts are friendly and welcoming (Paul is a former stone mason turned gourmet baker and source of local lore). Rooms are charming but small (ours had a roof beam through the center so you better duck). Stairs are steep... More

We returned today from a 3-night stay at Badger's Hall and I couldn't wait to write this review. From our first booking, we have been greeted with nothing but warmth and hospitality from Karen and Paul. Badger's Hall is not just a business, this is a home and we were made to feel more like invited guests than patrons. The... More
