This was my fourth stay at Badgers Hall. The food is excellent--try the carrot coriander soup--and plentiful. The afternoon cream tea is a challenge because there are so many wonderful items from which to choose. The only possible way to get a full range of the goodies is to stay for an extended period of time. The rooms are very... More

I don't usually write reviews, but my daughter and I just LOVED this place. They totally spoiled us! It wasn't just a continental breakfast that was included, we actually ordered pretty much whatever we wanted the night before AND then were treated to tea and cake or scones in the afternoon. The building and room were rustic and beautiful. This... More

I was really looking forward to a Cotswold cream tea, especially as the waitress said that the scones were baked that day and then warmed in the Aga. And with clotted cream! Oh dear, what a disappointment! As soon as I cut it in half I knew it wasn't going to be good - it was dry and white -... More

We have just spent 3 days in Chipping Campden a lovely hamlet in the Cotswold region of the UK. Our stay at Badgers Hall made our holiday here even more memorable. Paul and Karen were wonderful hosts and made us feel at home. Our room was lovely and clean. The afternoon teas were great and Paul's cooking skills were evident... More

Chipping Campden is a lovely little village in the Cotswalds, and Badger Hall is right in the center of town. It is comfortable, clean, convenient and cozy. Karen and Paul are so friendly and helpful, and they put out a customized and delicious breakfast. True, the upstairs rooms have some low beams, but the ceilings are plenty high enough to... More

My Mom and I stayed here as our first stop in early July. Badgers Hall was a perfect way to begin our trip around England. This place has it all-convenient location, beautiful village, old world feel, very clean and beautiful rooms, great food, and very friendly hosts! We were almost right across the street from the bus stop, which made... More

Our room, the first up the stairs, had recently undergone a total update. It was large, very clean and airy, the finish was of a high standard, and still retained some of the period features. The tea room/breakfast room retains all the period character of a very old building. Our room, unlike the blurb on the web site, had high... More

We just returned from a three week tour of England and Ireland. We stayed at Badgers Hall and it was one of our favorite B and B's from the entire trip! The room was cozy (yet spacious and light) and rustic with beautiful wood beams and a comfy bed. Karen and Paul made you feel like special and welcomed guests.... More

Staying at Badgers hall made our trip to the Cottswolds very memorable. Having a tea house underneath our B&B really added to the experience. The rooms were traditionally appointed and the bathroom SPOTLESS. We felt extremely comfortable and spoilt during our stay. Breakfasts were amazing and Paul's scones are - put simply - the best we have ever had! Chipping... More

I've been visiting this gem of a tea shop for years and never once have I been disappointed. The welcome, ambience, cakes are ALWAYS first class. The treacle tart- homemade of course, is a delight as are the yummy scones. Well done to the team- I shall be returning soon - Irene from Worcester.......
