We have just had a one night stay here while visiting friends. The house and gardens are absolutely beautiful and it really doesn't feel like a regular bed and breakfast. Breakfast is plentiful and more than enough to set you up for the day and lasts you easily through to a late lunch! Dog friendly too and I must say... More

Thankful that we booked this as our first night in England, it was such a quiet, reasonably priced and lovely place to stay. If only we didn't have six full days of walking ahead of us we would have stayed another night! No ensuite was no problem as we were the only guests. We would stay again and highly recommend... More

Jane's beautiful English walled garden is not over looked, but looks over historic Alms Houses, (built by the family, as was much of Chipping Campden) Saint James Church, (where some of the family's ancestors are buried), and the wonderful Banqueting Halls, East and West (once owned by the family and now owned by the Landmark Trust and available for hire)... We had a lovely stay in this gorgeous and historic home. Very comfortable and welcoming, the breakfast was brilliant, the outlook lovely, and Chipping Campden a jewel in the Cotswolds. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We live in London and have friends who live in Chipping Camden who invite us to their Christmas party every year and 2011 was no exception. Rather than drive the 90-odd miles back to London after 11 p.m. or midnight, we decided to book into a B&B and found this gem, The Court, owned and run by Jane Glennie. The... More

This was the first time we have ever stayed in a B and B, in opposition to hotels. We had been given a Voucher for a one night stay at a unique venue, and unique this certainly was.... the house is a beautiful historic property, very well maintained and comfortable. There are fantastic paintings on the walls, mixed in with... More

We have had a wonderful experience staying in the Court at Chipping Camden. The pictures on the website did not do justice to the beauty of the place. It is not a cottage but a historical house with lots of oil paintings, pictures and momentoes, almost like a mini museum. We stayed in the large first floor room which has... More

We stayed one night at this BnB that has been the home of Jane Glennie's family for generations. It is filled with beautiful artwork, antiques and family momentoes. Jane is very hospitable and stepping into her home is like stepping into Jane Austin's England. We had a very large first floor bedroom with bath that looked out onto her beautiful... More
