We stayed here for 3 nights in April. It's set in a beautiful town, and the hotel itself is nicely decorated with decent rooms. It charges premium prices and for that you expect premium service. The booking process, particularly for the spa was chaotic - some treatments not booked, calls not returned etc, and a booking for the restaurant also... More

This was a lovely luxury hotel in the middle of town - a town which, although in a touristy part of the region, was more low-key. With fewer tourists than most towns, it was a great place to stay and simply enjoy being there. The room was quite large and luxurious; service and staff were attentive and friendly; and the... More

Stayed with my best friend for a deluxe girls weekend of pampering, lovely food and the odd cocktail thrown in for good measure - all of the team from the moment we arrived to our departure could not have been more helpful, passionate and caring. The eye is in the detail - to the gorgeous china mugs for a proper... More

A lovely hotel in a lovely part of the world. Staff are great, Rooms nice, food good - both in brasserie and fine dining. The spa is also very good, friendly and professional. You could happily not leave the hotel for an entire weekend if you truly wanted a relaxing break, but you would miss the beauty of the area.... More

I remember first staying in Chipping Campden about 10 years ago and looking longingly at The Cotswold House Hotel - at that time, it was probably at the forefront of the Boutique Hotel movement (and our traditional Inn looked, in comparison, much less glamorous). Many years on, and the Cotswolds is packed with smallish hotels boasting a mix of gadgets... More

Amazing room, exquisite food, very very kind staff. Would definitely go back. We stayed in a garden suite and the location was perfect to visit the surrounding area. 5*

We had stayed here a couple of years ago also to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was so good we decided to return. I love the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel and the service is always so great. We ate in the bar restaurant and had a most exquisite meal. The menu had some really interesting choices and the... My partner and I spent our 10th anniversary in the Maldives, but with a 5 month old baby that just wasn't happening for our 15th!! - We decided to visit the Cotswolds instead as it isn't to far from home so that we could get back to our daughter before bed time. We have visited Cotswold House and Spa before... More

Spent a fantastic weekend here, despite the rain and breaking down on the way. I am perplexed at the scathing reviews as absolutely loved this hotel. We booked through Mr and Mrs Smith and weren't disappointed. On arrival we were given a lovely welcome and met Kim who took us to our rooms, Kim is the hotel's best asset he... More

I have stayed at this hotel: 8 times over the last 2 years. The hotel used to be serviced by Temple Spa and have wonderful treatments: they now have random products which were described as a one member of staff as different. Despite the fact that noone said the Spa was not suitable for babies when I telephoned and no... More
